Our printed products are sent directly to you by our printing company. Please allow a few days for your item to be printed before dispatch. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the product and delivery option available.

If you order printed products together with chocolate, sweets or other products stocked at Rock Chocs, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Your Rock Chocs products will be sent directly from us, while your printed products will be sent directly from our printing partner.

Our print-on-demand service allows us to offer a wider range of Rock Chocs designs without keeping large amounts of printed stock, helping us reduce unnecessary stock and waste.
