Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We hope you love our products and come back for more!! Be assured though, if for any reason you decide to cancel your order you can do so by returning the goods within 14 working days from your purchase for a full refund. Please contact us by phone or email at the address above to let us know. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we’ll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Any goods returned must be unopened, in the original packaging.
