Can highly recommend Rock Chocs, an online vegan store based in Usk. Ordered myself some moisturiser (which smells absolutely amazing), and Jenny offered me some samples. After a few emails and Jenny finding out it was my daughter's birthday coming up, the following arrived in the box with my order 🥰 And great value with free delivery!
I very rarely review but absolutely had to leave a review for Rock Chocs. Jenny went completely over and above to get my order delivered before Christmas, despite the fact that I missed the cut-off and said it would be fine if she sent it by standard delievery. She also included a ton of extra little gifts, and a hand written card. I'll definitely be using Rock Chocs again. Thank you Jenny!
Jenny is an absolute star. She really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. My order was packaged so well and Jenny gave me regular updates on the shipping process. The cherry chocolate included as a freebie was such a lovely bonus and it's so nice I will certainly be ordering it.
