12th October 2023  More chocolate has been made of Rock The MInt, Black Cherry and Pistachio and Roasted Hazelnut, Coffee, Vanilla and Biscoff raw vegan chocolate.

All the vegan chocolate I make is Raw chocolate means it is tempered at a lower temperature to keep all the nutrients in from the Raw Cacao Powder, Coconut Sugar and  Raw Cacao butter. I only use organic Madagascan Vanilla power and natural flavours mainly Medicine flowers and natural extracts and organic essential oils for the Rock The Mint Raw Chocolate I make.

RAW CACAO BUTTER

COCONUT PALM SUGAR

Is also known as Coconut Blossom Sugar is a natural alternative sweetener made from the sugary sap of the coconut palm tree, Coco nucifera.

  • Distinctive flavour with subtle tones reminiscent of caramel and butterscotch
  • High in potassium, zinc, iron, as well as a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and C.

HIMALAYAN PINK SALT

PINK WHOLE MOUNTAIN SALT

Sourced from the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern Punjab, deposited by primal seas millions of years ago when there was no pollution. Pink Himalayan Salt is pure & packed full with trace minerals found in the Human body.

USES

Himalayan pink mountain salt can be freshly ground to use in your raw chocolate creations and makes great seasoning in place of refined table salt. Alternatively, disolve in water and drink daily or you can even put just a little on your tongue and dissolve then have water.

It also works well as a curative aid for clearing blocked noses and sinus infections, when used as a steam inhalation.

I make only small batches of this chocolate as ingredients are expensive and then the chocolate is always freshly made.  So when you place your order we may take a day or two to make the chocolate so please allow a few days before your order is sent out. We will update you along the way. 


I recommend consuming the chocolate within 2 months of purchases and store the chocolate in a cool dark cupboard away from sunlight not the fridge !!!

The packaging for the chocolate is compostable made from vegetable starch.
