Covid prevention policy what Rock Chocs is doing

Here at Rock Chocs everything when making the bath bombs and artisan pamper boxes is sanitised. Hands are wash frequently and gloves worn. I also wear a mask and gloves when making, wrapping and packaging the bath bombs. Plus hand sanitizer used before putting gloves on. I also make sure I social distance and also I do not go to places like super markets or anything in order to prevent risks.

The courier companies I use to deliver the bath bombs are Interparcel and I use the following couriers :-

We wanted to remind all on the steps we are taking to help minimise the spread of COVID-19.

We continue to follow and monitor the official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and staff members.

To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have put precautionary safety measures in place, including:

Educating our staff on prevention
Emphasising frequent and proper hand washing
Cleaning high contact points more frequently
Providing hand sanitizer where appropriate
Working with local health authorities

In view of the social distancing guidelines, we continue with a contactless delivery process for all. All of our drivers have been fully briefed in this procedure.

In line with government guidance, we continue to operate as usual. We will update our customers accordingly and follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully.

Any other couriers I use will be added to this policy together with what they are doing.

I have also received a rating of 5 by environmental health for my business.

What a wonderful online shop! We only made one order and won a raffle prize of £25! We used that to make another order and it's all packaged so nicely, the products are amazing!
