Gifts For Someone Who Has Type 1 Diabetes

If you have the auto immune illness Type 1 diabetes it means your pancreas does not work and you will need to monitor your blood sugars, carb count, give insulin and treat blood sugars when they are low(hypo) or when they are high (hyper). If your blood sugars are 4ml or below it means you are having a hypo and you need to have something with sugar in it a sugar drink like orange juice or similar , sweets or a lift glucose drink.

Type 1 diabetes is completely different to type 2 diabetes so please do not get them confused.
